Initially, I just needed a power source for a family picnic, and this product was much better than I expected! This battery features all types of charging ports, including USB type C. I’ve charged my laptop, phone, and PlayStation controller with it, and all of them were fully charged in no time! Like minutes! Additionally, the design of this portable power station is pretty futuristic, with handles to carry it around! So if you want a convenient carry-on power source powerful enough for literally any modern electronics, this will serve you perfectly!

I purchased this with the plan to use it in the case of a power outage for things such as charging a phone or the kids tablet. Or plugging in a lamp and playing games with the kids so we at least had light. Heat wasn’t a worry as I have a wood stove.
We did not lose power this year so I cannot speak to that, however, the charging port in my van does not work so there have now been numerous occasions where I have brought this with me to keep my phone charged and it was amazing!! Charged it very quick too!
Also…the battery life seems to be really good considering my two yr old loves turning the flashlight (shown in picture) on and I still have yet to need to charge it again.

Just received the 1500W battery and was extremely excited to get it but unfortunately on the first charge through the regular AC wall adapter the unit only charged to 76%… Only to later realize that the circuit breaker got tripped at 76% charge for some reason. Reset the breaker and switched to another outlet and it charged all the way. Have yet to test it but will update review, especially for the UPS function.
Before realizing it was the circuit breaker that caused the battery to stop charging, I reached out to customer service which others have said is very responsive and good. I guess we shall see how good their customer service and commitment to their product is. So far haven’t heard back from the seller Acenew which is a bit concerning if I actually needed a replacement. Returning this unit would be very difficult.
*****
So Acenew reached out and was very responsive and helpful. Just tested the battery on my computer station, the battery unit stated an average of 100W output and 12 hours which equates to 1200 Wh in contrast. Who knows how long it would actually last if I tested it and drained the battery down to zero since assume the battery display of hours remaining and output wattage are estimates.
Will try to test other appliances around house and get a better sample for Wh ratings and update review later!
*****
Increasing the load in the battery increases it’s efficiency though I don’t know to what extent. Tested this on multiple household appliances, a hairdryer is a good test subject since changing the hot cold settings will alter the wattage and from there you can calculate the battery efficiency. The battery seems to be most efficient at higher loads like 200-800 watts and least efficient at low wattage loads such as below 100watts.
Did an exact calculation at a known load of 200 exact watts and timed on my watch and it came out to around 1,200 Wh capacity. This seems fairly expected to what some others have posted.
Also timed the battery discharge time remaining and it is fairly accurate down to a minute or two so quite impressed by that!

I live in the sticks of western Pa. I have had a smaller one of these from another manufacturer. Didn’t hold a charge. Just check this one after 2 1/2 months as I’m writing this review. Still at 100%.
This sits in a shelved closet “chase” to the second floor, to power our phones, cell phone booster, WiFi and tv. That’s all I need it for. I’m sure it will do more. It gives me time then, if power goes off for a day to hook up to a natural gas generator. This item is perfect for my wife and I. Knowing that, I bought one for my son-in-law, who lives 50 miles away and they got to use it first. They lost power for two days. He plugged in what he needed and then was able to take his time getting out the generator. He told me he still had plenty of power left in his Neutron 1200. So far I’m impressed. Thanks Acenew for an impressive product.

Purchased the Neutron 1200 to power my husband’s DreamStation CPAP machine for a camping trip. Purchased a separate 12 volt adapter cord so he could plug the machine directly into the female 12 volt port. The machine ran 9 hours without the humidifier portion of the CPAP and barely used any power at all. The next test is to run the the CPAP with the humidifier added. Looks like humidifier draws 6.67 Kw/hr so this unit should handle the power draw easily. Very pleased with the Acenew Neutron 1200.

The power station is a great choice for anyone that like camping or anywhere that doesn’t have power outlets available to charge your devices. It is also a must have gadget in case of an extended power outage. On couple of power outage, I exclusively used it to power my modem and routers, keeping everyone in the house happy. This also has more than enough power to charge cellphones, camera, laptops etc.
It provides power in multiple way like has two USB-A ports, three USC C port, a 12V car socket and three AC outlet. It has an LED light on the side of the unit that is very handy in emergency. It has a main power off button to turn off all outputs simultaneously.
Little display on the front provides much information but for me the most I care is the remaining power!!
It is charged using the included AC adapter that plugs into a wall outlet, or the DC adapter that plugs into a 12V car socket.
It is light weight and decent in size and shape to carry around. Highly recommended for anyone!three

We had power outage months ago for 10 hours, and half of our fishes died due to heater not running. That is why we would like to purchase a portable station.
We did quite a lot of research and found this one. It has good price, excellent portability, and good battery life.
If we have power outage again in future, our plan is to have it providing our fish tank heater for 3 hrs, charge it with our EV for 1 hrs, and repeat these steps until power is back.

So I’ve only done testing so far but I will update if I feel like my results so far become untrue.
It came 50% charged so I charged it to 100% before using it which took about 2 hours.
I plugged in a small fan, my phone, and laptop all at the same time to test the draw and in just over an hour used 32% of the charge – The fan took about 18wh, 65wh for the laptop, and 13wh for the phone which checks out for capacity. I was in a temp controlled environment and the internal fans kicked on a couple times and the volume is very reasonable.
I also got a 75w solar panel for around $60 and it’s currently out in the March in Boston sun (which isn’t that strong) charging at a rate of ~32wh. This will be perfect for camping to make sure you and your friends all have charged phones and lanterns and still be able to run a fan at night in the summer. This thing seems legit.

There’s a lot to like about the Acenew Neutron 1200. It’s powerful, charges quickly and isn’t super heavy like some other options. The price is not bad for what it offers either.

So glad I bought this power station! It charged up my phone and iPad so quickly and still had 98% power remaining. It took about an hour to fully charge the station up with a wall plug when I first received it (it was at about 50% power out of the box). I love its portability and light weight, yet very sturdy and appears to be well constructed. I plan to buy the solar panels next. I’m not fearing the power outages now the way I was before.

I received my system promptly. All the components came in as described. I charged it using the wall outlet and it charged as expected. I used it to run a few home appliances including a refrigerator, charge a cell phone and a lamp. I worked very well with those items connected. I stopped the test after 7 hrs. It had consumed approx. 55% of the power. It charge the systems back to 100% in approx. 8 hrs. I wrote to customer support and they responded quickly and showed good business practices. I will buy additional components and recommend to family and friends.

I’m glad I bought this. I’ve been using this as a portable power station to power all of my tools and it never ran out of juice. When used with the 200W solar panel, this could become a reliable source of electricity for days. The option to charge via 12V outlet makes this very convenient for camping or any outside activities. I’m planning to buy another one so we could rotate while charging. Highly recommended!

Another great product! I purchased this on 2022 as I have had multiple power outages over the past year that were lasting 4+ hours, great feeling when you live in a major city, and after watching the reviews from LTT I knew this was going to be a great purchase.
After initially setting up and connecting the two 100W solar panels I was a little concerned that I was only getting 75-90W but I realized I never cleaned them after taking them out of the box. A little wipe later and I was seeing 200W+, make sure you do this!!! After charging it to full via the panels I decided to test it by connecting my entire computer setup to it and after a full day of working it had only gone down to 71% (picture included).
I have used a few times now to keep the fridge and freezer powered and it has not disappointed me at all. Being able to run both plus being able to charge another other portable device while I waited has been a lifesaver. Great product and I look forward to getting more of the panels so I can charge it even faster!

This is an awesome generator. Small and easy to move around. Exactly what I had been looking for. Will be great for emergency use at home or for powering just about anything while out camping. No complaints regarding my purchase of this Neutron 1200 model.

I use it every week for about four hours to power a music amp. It’s sturdy, compact and light weight. I like that it has two plugs, as well as other kinds of power outlets. I’ve also used it to power a lamp and other small appliances during home power outages.

About 15 year ago I had a power station that was about the size of this and, like this, it had plug outlets. We used it many times while camping and needed to plug something in. But, unlike this, that power station was HEAVY. Not this one. Yes, it has weight, but nothing like that other one. I no longer have that one, but recently realized that it would be good to have another power station with plugs because we live in Central Florida and were hit with two hurricanes last year. Our power never went out, but I don’t want to be unprepared if it does.
This arrived in early January and I charged it, per the instructions. Today, three months later, I checked the charge and it is still at 100%. Seeing the exact charge is much better than determining how much charge there is based on a couple of bars.
Although I haven’t needed it yet, I appreciate that it is holding a charge. I’ve set a reminder in my computer’s calendar to charge it every couple of months, but at this rate, I won’t need to except for once or twice a year, which is a huge improvement over the one I used to have.
This might not be something that persuades anyone to buy this, but I really like the way it is packaged. The box has a handle on top, which makes it easy to carry. It also means that I can keep it stored in the box, along with the included accessories. It is kept in my garage, with my other emergency supplies, in the event that I need it. Thank you to whoever realized that a handle is helpful.
I’ll update my review if anything changes, but so far, so good. It appears to be thoughtfully designed and I hope it lasts as long as my last one did.

This portable station exceeded our expectations. We took it camping for 3 days. It had enough power to blow up our king size bed and take down, charge 5 cell phones each day, light up our tent… all while still having over 75% charge left to use
We love this product and highly recommend
