The HES6K is UL 1741 certified.

The HES6K supports both LiFePO4 andleadacid batteries. EG4 recommends LiFePO4 for any new battery purchases, but LiFePO4 and lead acid cannot be mixed in the same battery bank.

In addition to communicating with HES-0512-BAT-100 Rackmount, the HES6K supports common battery protocols. Consequently, it can communicate with a wide range of third-party batteries. Please check with your distributor for information on support of a particular battery.

SolarAssistant is a third-party application that is not supported by HES6K.

Check whether the inverter switch on the left side of the inverter is in the on state.

Check whether the photovoltaic switch on the right side of the inverter is in the ON state.

The cooling fans on the HES6K are temperature controlled and do not ramp up until they are needed. Consequently, the fan speed is a factor of load and ambient temperature. Under light loads, the inverter will typically be nearly silent. As the load or charging increases, the fans ramp up as needed. At max cooling, the inverter fans will be around 58dB at 3 feet.

The discharge power is greater than the charging power. It is recommended to disconnect the electrical appliances that are not urgently needed at home, reduce the load, and try to control it within 2400W (240V)/1600W (110V).

Connect to the mains, generator or photovoltaic for charging activation.

The maximum AC output power of this product is 6000W. When it is greater than 6000W, the overload protection function of this product will be triggered and the inverter output will be turned off. At this time, some electrical appliances need to be disconnected to reduce the load, and the inverter will automatically turn on after the inverter returns to normal.
